From the moment I started to take drawing seriously, I dreamt of one day being able to teach. I am primarily self-taught, and my own progress of going from a complete amateur to a professional-grade illustrator in just two years are my primary credentials. My analytical approach, resourcefulness, and exposure to a vast diversity of courses, books, and tutorials give me the ability to teach effectively and in a manner that is specifically tailored to each individual.

I offer private tutoring in the form of weekly, 60 minute sessions. I specialize in teaching basic sketching proficiency, figure and anatomy, character design and acting, and sequential art. My tutoring sessions are structured around 8 week modules, with built-in flexibility to address the weaknesses and build up the strengths of my students. I am comfortable teaching both western and manga/anime art styles.
